Hi, I’m Amit. I help my clients develop better habits for responding to stress, enabling them to step back from provoking situations rather than staying engaged.

Using the same tools I have used to manage my stress, we will work together to understand your trigger points and learn meditation techniques that allow you to choose your emotions, rather than being controlled by people or situations.

You will learn how to accept help from others without being defensive, disassociate from old ways of thinking, and adopt new habits that not only manage your stress levels but improve all areas of your life.
