Hello, I'm Amit

I'm a Life Coach, Meditation teacher and Reiki Master Practitioner. I've have been practicing for the last 10 years and have worked with children who have suffered from autism, right through the ages to adults who've had a hard time dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, menopause, anger, borderline addictions and life changing illnesses such as cancer. There's never a one size fits all solution and each person I work with has a tailored plan for achieving The Happy Mind they're looking for.

My one goal in every session is for the person to learn to be happy now. This is achieved through talking with one another, healing and understanding how the mind works. There is no judgement, no false promises and only solutions to make The Happy Mind a reality.
