I am a meditation teacher with over 10 years of experience. I have worked with individuals of all ages, from children with autism to adults facing challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, menopause, anger, borderline addictions, and life-changing illnesses like cancer. Each person I work with receives a tailored plan to achieve the Happy Mind they seek, as there is no one-size-fits-all solution.

My primary goal in every session is to help individuals learn to be happy in the present moment. This is accomplished through conversations and understanding how the mind works. There is no judgment, no false promises—only solutions to make the Happy Mind a reality.
